Returns are only considered in the rare event that an incorrect product is delivered or a significant manufacturing defect is identified. In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification. Once approved by our team, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Return shipping will be covered by Raj Silk Villa only when a wrong item has been delivered. All items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Minor variations in color, weave, or texture are natural characteristics of authentic silk and are not considered defects.
